Reports are that Earls Bigger Better 1/2 Pound Burger - which their menu states is made from Canadian Angus Beef - is "out of this world" (Earls Dalhousie in Calgary).

Antigonish County MacMaster Choice Meats features Angus

According to Nova Scotia's Chronicle Herald MacMaster Choice Meats in Ohio, Antigonish County, have opened their abattoir and retail store and with Angus beef as the signature product. This beef will be naturally grown, without the use of fertilizers, hormones or antibiotics.
The owner is quoted as saying he has made a promise to local producers: "If they breed the way we want with Angus beef, we are going to pay them a premium price." See the story at http://thechronicleherald.ca/Business/1137164.html.

Hero Certified Burger holds launch BBQ for traceable Canadian Angus beef in Ontario

Hero founder John Lettieri and his team of cowboys cooked up hundreds of free, juicy burgers to celebrate the introduction of Heritage Angus Beef to the Hero menu in Toronto on June 17. The event supported Literature for Life, a non-profit organization dedicated to building a culture of literacy and learning in at-risk families. Hero promo states they are "the only franchise chain to now offer Canadian, range-fed, hormone and antibiotic free Angus beef with full traceability".

About 1,200 burgers were served at Yonge-Dundas Square in TO. Endorsed by the Canadian Angus 'Rancher Endorsed' program.

The menu at Earl's Restaurants states their steaks are grain fed Certified Angus Beef.

Phil's Restaurant Angus Tenderloin Feature

Phil's on 16 Ave. in Calgary regularly features Angus Beef tenderloin. Reported as "absolutely delicious" and under $15.

Advertising Angus Beef

Cravings Market Restaurant in Calgary advertised Certified Angus Beef in the May "Wine" issue of City Palate Magazine.

Angus Burger at "Bob the Fish"

Bob the Fish, restaurant on 17 Ave. SW, Calgary, is advertising ANGUS BURGER $7.99 on the large overhead sign above the restaurant.
